How to support St Peter's
Whilst our nursery receives education funding for the older children, this and the fees only cover our basic costs. As a charity we rely on the support and generosity of companies and members of the public. This way we can make sure that the nursery will always provide new resources for the children and keep the standards high.
Many of the extra children's activities we run are subsidised by donated funds, along with the equipment we use. It is only through continued support that we can provide these. For example:
Your support doesn't need to be in the form of money; as a community nursery, your attendance at our events would be much appreciated! All upcoming events will be announced in our newsletter, in our News blog, on our Facebook page and via Twitter.
You can also assist us by donating unwanted items which we can then recycle - mobile phones, laptops, textiles, empty ink cartridges, broken or old gold and much more. The money we raise from recycling provides invaluable funds to enable us to do what we do!
We welcome local businesses to sponsor an event and in return, for example, their business can be highlighted on our website. Individuals can support us by providing their time and skills. Your special interests/skills may be useful or you can help us with our fundraising events.
Please contact the office if you would like to know more about how to get involved - our friendly staff will be more than happy to help. You can contact us on 01785 240641 or via email at office@stpetersstafford.co.uk.
